Richardson, Spear, Spear & Hamby's Mediation Team consists of two seasoned professionals, Mark E. Spear and G. Randall Spear, both of whom have more than twenty years of litigation experience representing plaintiffs and defendants before state and federal courts in a variety of civil matters.

Mark, a 1979 graduate of the Cumberland School of Law, is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Randy, a 1982 Cumberland graduate, has served as lead counsel in more than 150 cases tried to a verdict before juries. Over the years they have acquired an intimate understanding of the negotiation process. As certified civil mediators, they are trained to deal equitably and confidentially with all parties to achieve a fair, satisfactory resolution to their disagreements.
